Bookora is a Platform Provider and an Intermediary. We provide the infrastructure for you to list, manage, and sell your services or products to end-users ("Buyers").

• Intermediary Role: Bookora acts strictly as an intermediary. We do not own, sell, or resell any products or services listed by you.
• Direct Contract: The contract for the sale of any product or service is made directly between you (the Merchant) and the Buyer. Bookora is not a party to that sale.

To facilitate transactions, Bookora provides payment processing services.

• Payment Agent: You hereby appoint Bookora as your limited Payment Collection Agent for the sole purpose of accepting payments from Buyers on your behalf.
• Settlement of Debt: Payment made by a Buyer to Bookora shall be considered the same as payment made directly to you, satisfying the Buyer's obligation to pay for the service/product.
• Revenue Recognition: Since you are the seller of record, you are responsible for accounting for the full gross amount of the transaction as your revenue. You are responsible for issuing tax invoices/receipts to the Buyer and complying with all applicable tax laws (e.g., VAT).
• Bookora's Revenue: Bookora's revenue consists only of the platform fees, commissions, or subscription fees charged by Bookora to you. Bookora will issue a tax invoice to you only for these fees.
